Video Inn Production are based in Northamptonshire and offer a full range of Communication Production Services including audio visual hire, installation and service through to full event planning and delivery. Their on-site studio gives a flexible facility for hosting virtual events or filming of business films.
We were introduced to Video Inn Production in 2017, when they asked for advice on whether they could improve the IT infrastructure and efficiencies of their systems.
Migrating to Office 365
Following a thorough review, we recommended migrating their email systems to Office 365, as this was the best option for the size of their business and the requirements.
When migrating email systems there is quite a lot of initial work required and we also need to ensure that historical emails are not lost. The migration timing also needed to be considered to ensure that there is a little disruption to their business as possible.
When we spoke to Andrew Bentley, the Managing Director at Video Inn Production, about how he found the team and IT support from Keba Computer Services, he advised that right from the beginning there has always been a sense that Keba Computers, wanted to help. He also advised that the whole team have always been friendly, helpful and gave him the confidence that we had their back.
During the years of support that we have provided to Video Inn Production, we have also provided Anti Virus software, a maintenance contract and off site back ups.
Off site back ups
Video Inn Production have an on site server as they have the requirement for large data storage solutions, due to video file sizes. It is also essential that this data is secure and accessible. As such we have implemented an off site back up solution to ensure that in any eventuality their data is always available.
Andrew told us that the initial knowledge and advice we provided regarding the off site back up solution, through to the implementation was perfect. He also has the confidence that following set up, he can just forget about it, as we have everything in hand. Even to the point that we would be aware if there were any issues with the back up’s being saved, due to our monitoring software.
IT Maintenance Contracts
Initially we supported Video Inn Production with Ad Hoc IT support, but after about 6 months they decided to move to an IT maintenance contract with ourselves as they could see the benefit that this service offers. Their maintenance contract included their complete IT infrastructure including their server.
We asked Andrew, if they had experienced any major issues with their IT that Keba Computer Services had resolved for them.
Andrew mentioned that there was an instance where they experienced a business-critical email issue. Our guarantee to our IT maintenance contract customers is that any business critical issue, we will be on site or remotely log in within 2 hours. In this instance from initial contact through to resolution took only 90 minutes.
Excellent service with speed and the all important human touch. A great team to have on your side for anything IT related. Highly recommended.
