We’re absolutely delighted to announce a significant and exciting addition to our leadership team. Colin Beckley, who is joining us as Operations Manager today. Both Colin and our Managing Director, Neil, are brimming with enthusiasm about this new chapter.
A Wealth of Experience Joins Our Team
Colin brings a wealth of experience, management, and technical knowledge to Keba Computer Services. He spent 17-18 years with another Telecoms and IT company in Northampton, with his last 11 years serving as a Service Director on the board. Over that time, he gained extensive experience in project management and overseeing the day-to-day management of allocated staff and resources. Colin is genuinely passionate about ensuring customers get the best service, especially through the tech support help desk.
Seeking a fresh challenge, Colin recently decided to move on. He spent the summer focusing on his direction and priorities, looking to help shape and drive a company forward. He specifically wanted to get involved in more areas of the business within a smaller company. This time out has given him a chance to reflect, and he is now fully energised, excited, and looking forward to this new adventure with us.
The Keba Computer Services Connection
The connection with Colin is a long-standing one. Neil has known him for 15 years or longer, having first met when Neil was a customer of Colin’s. Neil reached out to Colin over the summer, and after a few coffees and chats about what Colin was looking for, it was clear it was a match.
