Most business store their data in the cloud as opposed to an onsite server or computer hard drive. If a business isn’t storing its data in the cloud, the likelihood is, that they are backing up their data to the cloud.
Did you know that in the terms and conditions small print, all cloud storage providers reserve the right to access and view your documents? They can also if requested share your documents with authorities.
This can be a concern if you have very business sensitive data or information that your competitors might want to get access to. Although cloud storage is pretty safe, there are weak points where your data could be susceptible to hackers.
What is the solution, to keep your data safe from corporate espionage and that only you can access or your employees?
At Keba Computers we provide a system that only you and your employees can access; even we cannot access your documents or files.

We install a storage device on your premises that we connect all your business computers to, whether these are office based or remote working. The data is encrypted at rest on the storage device. This means that if for any reason the storage device was stolen, without the key, no-one can access any of your documents.
The data on the storage device is accessible in real time to all office-based colleagues, for remote working there is a local copy which will automatically sync when connected to the network.
We always recommend that all systems are backed up off site, and most back up solutions are cloud based, which would not be suitable in these circumstances. We therefore set up a second storage device off site, whether this is our premises or another of your own premises. This second storage device will be used as your off-site storage device and will sync all documents overnight. Like the main storage device at your premises, this back up storage device is also encrypted.
If the main storage device failed, was destroyed or stolen, we are able to quickly connect your back up storage, with little or no loss of your business documents, depending on the time of your latest backup.
