Welfare Together offer support for Local Authorities, Adult Social Care providers, Utility Companies and Water Boards. They are passionate about supporting vulnerable customers that are in debt. Which is why they have created a platform that allows them to identify the customers that are in debt and which ones maybe vulnerable.
They can then work with their clients, to support their vulnerable customers with specialised pathways and support, to ensure they are receiving all the benefits, discounts and exemptions that they are entitled to and reduce their debt to be in a better place financially and mentally.
New Business IT Support
Welfare Together contacted us to support them with setting up their IT Infrastructure. As a brand-new business, when they contacted us, they hadn’t even sourced their IT hardware.
During our initial meeting, we discussed the IT requirements of the business, this also included what programs they would be using. Whether they would be using any bespoke programs/software that would need to be taken into consideration when recommending the specification of computers, they would require. They were moving into a new serviced office, with telephones and internet included.
Business Software Integration Support
Due to the nature of the services that Welfare Together offer to their customers, they do use some bespoke software that we installed on the new computers that we sourced for them. They also requested that we help them to link their CRM with Microsoft 365, which we also set up.
Cyber Security
Welfare Together take data security very seriously, especially due to the sensitivity of the data that they have access to. With this in mind, every recommendation we made had data security at the forefront.
The serviced offices that they rented had internet provided, provisions were made to ensure their network was safe and not to assume whoever configured the network had done so safely. This was even more essential when they asked us to support them to achieve their Cyber Essentials Certification.
