We have two levels of Managed IT support packages available for our customers, Standard and Premium. We also offer a Server Maintenance Contract that can run alongside the Standard and Premium contract or on its own. 
 
On site or remote response time of 2 hours 
 
We understand that computer downtime can really affect businesses, and in some instances any downtime can cost your business money. This is why we offer a 2 hour response time for business critical issues, whether you require on site IT support or remote IT support. 
Our Managed IT Support Packages offer services such as:
