Remote Working, can this become the norm?

With so many businesses having to work from home due to Covid-19 and with both staff and employers getting used to the lock down way of working, could this change the structure of companies? 
 
We meet a lot of business owners and a number have already decided that the “office” is no longer a necessity for their business, whether that is a permanent move from a physical building or giving their staff the opportunity to work from home more frequently.
