I wanted to say how very impressed I was with the recent help that you provided me with for my computer system when it decided to fail. Although I was certain that I had double backups of all the files on this machine, you very quickly and effortlessly provided me with a solution that allowed me to take an additional full backup of all the data from the hard drive and then bring the computer back to a state where it is working as well as it was when it was new. I really rely on this system and you provided a really impressive service.
